Receiving and Warehousing
You or your product suppliers ship your products to our warehouse. Once your products arrive at our warehouse, we generally will have the products ready for shipment to your customers within 24 hours. We can also offer various levels of inspection of your products that we receive based upon your requirements. Our warehouse essentially functions as your "bricks and mortar" location receiving shipments directly from you or your manufacturers, streamlining your supply chain and improving your cost structure, efficiency and profitability.

We will ensure that your inventory receives the appropriate amount of dedicated space and is located using our warehouse management system to maximize efficiencies and provide fast and efficient delivery to your customers. Our inventory management systems and tools allow you to minimize inventory costs and replenish depleted products in a timely fashion. While in our warehouse, your inventory is monitored and we maintain multiple layers of security.

Pick, Pack & Ship
As your customers place orders for products, those orders are directly transmitted and received at our distribution center. Once received, the order is picked from your inventory, packed according to the requirements of the order and the type of product, and shipped according to your and the customer's specifications. Once an order is received in our system, in-stock items are typically shipped within 24 hours, although timing can be adjusted to fit your needs in most situations.

Our system automatically creates pick tickets and labels, so shipping is fast and efficient. You can choose from a variety of delivery options, and we'll ship across the country or around the world. We even send your customers an e-mail confirmation of their order and tracking number.

Customized Packing Slips. We don't send out a generic packing slip with your order. Rather, your packing slip is custom designed with your logo and company information. Your client will never see the name AMS on your packing slip.

Orders Processing
We treat your orders with carefully. We realize that a positive experience, from the selection of the products to the delivery of the package, is critical to repeat business.

OrderMotion also integrates all order channels into one convenient platform for optimal control and information gathering. Whether orders come in from mail, phone, fax, the Internet or a combination of all four, OrderMotion can seamlessly capture them and report on them in real time.

In most cases, orders received prior to 2 PM (MST) each business day will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2 PM will be shipped the next business day via the method you specify! Also, when the customer's order ships, we automatically notify them, with an e-mail, that the shipment has been made, and we provide them with tracking information and links to the carrier's delivery page.

We also provide additional services through our Call Center. For an additional fee, our Call Center Services allow you to support customer order inquiries and credit card processing by phone, e-mail, fax and online chat.

No need to worry about lag time between receiving orders from your customers and waiting for payment. We'll process your credit card orders promptly so your customers' orders will ship ASAP, and your payments are deposited directly into your merchant account on a daily basis.

Integration
We tie in directly to your website. Our integrated systems ties directly into your order capture system so that your orders are transmitted directly to us for fast, efficient and accurate service. Our advanced technology systems will integrate your means of capturing orders into our "order management interface". Our unique technology has been designed so that the integration process is complete and effective.

You have immediate access to "real-time" information regarding your orders and inventory. You and your customer will also have the ability to track the progress of each order, from receipt of the order through delivery of the product to the customer. All of this is transparent to your customers and it will be as if they are dealing directly with you throughout the process! These order status and tracking tools are available to you and your customers as part of the basic service package.

Detailed reporting – We can give you detailed reports showing individual customer shipments or your overall program activity in a wide variety of ways… by marketing activity or method, product, region, cost center, etc.
